It is an exciting time to turn 5 for Ephraim Lawrence, Codie Wilson, and Chris Ann Sookoo as The Black Announce Table rings in its fifth anniversary with a slew of exciting news. First, TBAT is announcing a global networking licensing deal with BlueWire Network intended to expand its reach into new markets and raise the brand’s profile. Founded in 2018, BlueWire Network is the home of the next generation of sports media programming as it hosts over 200 popular national and regional shows. TBAT joins the likes of Green Light with Chris Long, Spinsters with Haley O’Shaughnessy and Jordan Ligons, Stay Hot with TikTok megastars Matt Sponhour, Blaiden Kirk, and Theo Ash, and the award-winning American Prodigy series. BlueWire believes in the creator economy and that the future of content lies in the creators building their own brands and the listeners controlling their own programming.

The Black Announce Table Podcast, starring SkyHigh Eph, Ms. Sookoo, and Codie Dre, brings a fresh, innovative perspective to entertainment, sports, and pro wrestling. You’ll come for the nuance and you’ll stay for the chaos. Previous guests include current WWE NXT North American Champion Carmelo Hayes, AEW superstar Stokely Hathaway fka Malcolm Bivens and one-half of former WWE tag team Cryme Tyme, JTG. They also partnered with The A Show RNC and Black Rasslin Podcast for Black Pod Connect back in June which celebrated success among leading black creatives and was a joint effort to raise money to send members of the viral sensation, Victor Perry’s The Wrestling Club, to WrestleMania 39 in Los Angeles.
